Transportation
Flights are not included in the trip. Should you need to book a flight, you would have to book to land at the O.R. Tambo International Airport or you can contact Asambeni Getaway to assist you with getting one of the best flight prices to Johannesburg. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
NOTE: There will be no transfers between the airport and hotel, that can be arranged for you on request.

- Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
- 2-5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.

- The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 2
- 6:30-10 a.m.: Buffet breakfast in the main dining room.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
- The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 45+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-45 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 45 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1-night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Name Change Policy: Name changes are subject to a R500 name change fee.
