You will be able to contact Asambeni should you require assistance while on your trip. This is to ensure that you have a great Getaway while in The Robberg Beach Lodge. One of the Asambeni Getaway Gateway member will share their contact details for you to contact them should there be any issues.
Transportation
Flights are not included in the trip. Should you need to book a flight, you would have to book to land at the George Airport or you can contact Asambeni Getaway to assist you with getting one of the best flight prices to George. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
NOTE: There will be no transfers between the airport and hotel, that can be arranged for you on request.

Itinerary
Day 1
- Check into the hotel at any time after 2 p.m.
- 2-5 p.m.: Head to check into your room
- 6:30 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks (1 per person)
- The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 2
- 7-10 a.m.: Breakfast in the main dining room
- 6 p.m.: Dinner
- 2-Course Special Dinner for 2: Pick a Starter & Main or Main & Dessert
Day 3
- 7-10 a.m.: Breakfast in the main dining room
- Check out of the hotel by 10a.m

Hotel Details
Located in Plettenberg Bay and a 2-minute walk from the beach, The Robberg Beach Lodge offers luxury accommodation with Indian Ocean, garden or Robberg Nature Reserve views. It features 2 outdoor pools, a sun terrace and a braai area.
The stylish, air-conditioned rooms are individually decorated and come with a veranda and feature contemporary furnishings and earthly coloured walls. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge, wardrobe and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Some rooms have wooden beamed ceilings and wooden parquet floors.
A buffet breakfast is served daily and the bar serves a variety of beverages and local wines. Several restaurants, galleries, cafés and bars are located in Plettenberg Bay, a 5-minute drive away.
The Robberg Beach Lodge is located in the heart of the Garden Route. Robberg Nature Reserve and Goose Valley Golf Course are a 10 minutes’ drive away by car. Free private parking is available on site.
Policies
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 14h00
- Check out time is by 10h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
- The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 20% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 65% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cot and extra bed policies
Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.
Name Change Policy: Name changes are subject to a R500 name change fee.
In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
